From the Principal

My name is Adan Acevedo, and I am honored to be your new principal.

I have been in the field of education for so many years and there is no greater calling than to teach young people such as yourselves.  The privelege to serve as an educator is great; however, its reward is greater.

As we embark in another year at Benavides Elementary, our professional and para-professional staff stand poised to continue to provide you with the best educational possible in order to prepare you for the next phase of your educational career.  It is indeed never to early for young students such as yourselves to receive outstanding instruction to become the elite in this school district as you represent our future.
